Car Accident
A car accident is a traumatic event. It can leave you or your loved ones injured and emotionally shaken. In times like this, you want to work with an attorney who doesn’t just view you as another case. You want to work with an attorney who views you as a person who has been hurt and needs help.
It’s true: I’ve secured jury awards of over $12 million total for car accidents and $1.2 million for bus accidents. In terms of dollar amounts awarded to my clients, I’ve been among the Top 100 Car Accident Jury Verdicts, and even among the top 50 in the entire United States.
But the reason why I am successful at what I do…is because I love what I do. And what I do is not about running a car accident mill.
What I do is offer attentive, focused, caring legal guidance for a select number of clients. I treat these clients like family, and take on a limited number at a time so I can truly offer them personalized care.
That’s why I am trusted by clients who are themselves lawyers, along with firefighters, doctors, police, firefighters, teachers—and anyone else I can help in a time of need. I offer a free phone consultation, and do not charge fees unless I win your case.
I am here to help you recover from a car accident and get back on the road of life.
When can you be compensated from a car accident?
If you have been involved in a car accident or a motor vehicle accident involving a bus, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, Uber, Lyft, or rideshare, then you may be entitled to receive financial compensation for your injuries—especially if the accident was caused by another driver’s negligence or unlawful behavior.
How do you file a claim in a car accident case?
Typically a claim will be made against the other driver’s insurance. The insurance provider will review the claim and either deny liability or make a settlement offer. The settlement offer should be an amount sufficient to cover your expenses and to also provide additional compensation for your pain and suffering and other damages. If the insurance company does not offer a fair settlement, then you can pursue a claim against the other driver through the court.
Car accident cases can be complicated and insurance companies try to settle for as little as possible. Unfortunately for them—and fortunately for you—I never settle for less than 100% dedication to my clients.
